This study aims to disclose the reality of educational practices, democracy for the students of the Faculty of education at the University of South Valley, and the development of the questionnaire to detect the degree of democratic practices component of (55) items distributed on four axes, namely : democratic interaction between students and faculty members, the removal of democratic student activities, secured the Democratic curricula, and interaction of democratic with the College admissions process . The study found that the degree of democratic practices for the students of the Faculty of Education came in medium, and I'm the top degree of exercise in The second axis on the student activities, follows the interaction between students and faculty, then the editor concerning the interaction of democratic between the students and management of the College, and finally democratic practices relating to the decisions of side . The study also found that no statistically significant differences due to the variable sex, but there are significant differences to the variable of specialization rules in favor of students of scientific disciplines, as there are statistically significant differences due to the variable of the school year returns for students the third and fourth.
