The Global Webinar Series will delve into critical topics to judicial operators and the legal profession at large. The Series aims to explore and unpack the implications raised by AI within the judiciary, and to encourage the potential of AI is harnessed both ethically and responsibly while promoting human rights and access to justice.
The use of AI, including algorithmic systems, has exacerbated the spread of online disinformation before, during and after electoral processes across the world. The webinar will navigate the implications of AI on electoral processes, and how they shape our participation in modern elections and governance.
