Middle school educator Kelley Brill and psychology and neuroscience professor Rosa Li came together to develop a curriculum to teach middle schoolers about adolescent brain development and healthy technology use. They will discuss the partnership process that created that curriculum, including incorporating insights from experiences in K-12 and higher ed, using makerspace activities for increased engagement, and leveraging undergraduate-led digital science outreach as a teaching and learning tool. Webinar attendees will learn ideas for how to create their own partnerships and how to teach a lesson from our curriculum.
