From global health crises to accelerated climate change, we live in an increasingly complex and unpredictable world. What will tomorrow look like? And what role will education play in shaping our future?

UNESCO’s Futures of Education initiative aims to capture the global conversation on how education, learning and knowledge need to be reimagined for the future in 2050. As part of this initiative, a global report on the Futures of Education will be released in 2021, which will provide an agenda for action and discussion by policy makers and practitioners.

IDEAS are hosting an online workshop to contribute to this global initiative. Join us, and share your views and ideas on the challenges and opportunities for education and learning when looking towards the year 2050. These discussions will inform UNESCO’s next global report on the futures of education.
