본 연구는 서울어젠다를 기반으로 한 문화예술교육의 사회적 가치 확산의 흐름을 파악하고 앞으로의 방향성을 제시하는 것을 목적으로, 문화다양성의 개념과 방향에 대한 논의가 확장됨에 따라 이를 반영한 문화다양성 관점의 문화예술교육프로그램의 운영 실태를 파악하고 앞으로의 방향성을 모색하고자 한다.
